Integrates critical thinking, evaluation, and self-awareness with writing skills.

Provide a structure to help athletes understand strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

Enhances the ability to create a communication plan with key resources.

Creates a platform for athletes to track and record progression to see TRUE results.

No refunds will be issued after 60 days from date of purchase. With over 20 years of experience competing at the highest level in basketball, spending countless hours in the gym training some of the best athletes in the United States (completing 1,500+ sessions and impacting 1,000+ athletes), Paris Davis founded a need! His training and professional experience allowed the discovery of gaps and barriers that all athletes experience throughout their basketball journey. This discovery led to finding a solution through the creation of this, High Five Training Guide.
